Durden has developed a high degree of skill in processing a large variety of high heat, filled and blend engineered resins. This coupled with our ability to produce tight tolerance, short lead time, and short to long production runs, offers an ideal solution for our customers to manager their lead times and inventories while assuring top quality parts. 

Durden offers a full range of molding processes to include; insert molding, over molding, and gas assist molding on parts that vary in size from 1 gram to 1.5 lbs.

Above are shown examples of parts run with inserts run on both vertical shuttle presses and standard horizontal machines.


The two parts seen in this picture could not have been injection molding without the process of gas assist being used. Nitrogen gas is forced in to the upper part to create an open tube that is not possible any other way while the handle has a .750 inch wall section without sink while still being structurally sound.
